Research

Researchers within the Faculty of Neuroscience study a wide range of phenomena, including biological clocks, drug addiction/abuse, learning, neurotoxicology, neural development, aging, and neurodegenerative disorders. Research questions are addressed at multiple levels, from genes and cell signalling to behavioral outcome.

Current grants

Neuroscience will be occupying space within the Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building, slated to be completed in the Summer of 2008. Neuroscience and Experimental Therapeutics (NExt) will be one of the first departments to occupy space on the new Health Science Campus.
